Relationship Concerns
Relationships and Mental Wellness
Connection is key to our mental health. I help people build a better relationship with themselves so they can create stronger, healthier, and well-boundaried relationships with others. This could mean helping someone going through a breakup to understand their attachment style or identify the characteristics they value in a significant other. It might involve setting boundaries with parents or other relatives, or fostering deeper connections with their chosen family. I believe connection and attachment are the cornerstones of mental health. To cultivate healthy relationships with others, we often need to focus on our relationship with ourselves, integrate past relationship trauma, and learn to love ourselves just as we are.
