About Me

Hello! My passion lies in helping people achieve their full potential. I use warmth, humor, and encouragement to foster growth. My specialties include all types of anxiety disorders including social anxiety, generalized anxiety disorder, and phobias. I also have experience with grief and loss, postpartum concerns, neurodivergence and relationship issues. I firmly believe in the inherent power within individuals to change, grow, and create the life they desire.

My Approach

I use a variety of modalities including Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and Exposure Response Prevention among others. I always use a trauma-informed lens. When you first arrive to our session, I will ask questions to explore what you want to work on, and together, we will determine your goals. My hope is to be a guide and a gardener on your journey.
